During my time as a student assistant in the Immersive Learning Lab at the University of Applied Sciences Ravensburg-Weingarten, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of educational virtual reality content. One of these applications is RWU-Talk, developed in collaboration with the Social Work and Applied Psychology Degree programmes. Students can practise tried and tested methods of conversation techniques using various cases. These can be trained both scripted and open using artificial intelligence.
My main tasks were the development of an AI-supported audio and animation pipeline, the creation of 3D characters and the optimisation of 3D assets and environments.
